Now, the event we've all been waiting for (well, I've been waiting for): Monster Blog is officially here! This is my tribute to the Cold War era monster comics of Stan Lee and Jack Kirby — the famous creators of the Hulk, the Fantastic Four, Iron Man, Avengers, Daredevil and countless others.

I've still got a lot of writing to do but all of the essentials are in place and I plan on contacting many people over the next few weeks. This is going to be a blast! The web was made for projects like this. The best part is that I'll get to explore the breathless, hyperbolic writing style that made Stan Lee a brand name for Marvel Comics. Hey, I love these old monster comics and I hope this site is as fun for you as it is for me.
