Alaska's World is the airline's "complete online resources" for employees and partners. The site is changing from a simple information portal to a full-fledged news center. Vital company resources are still available but the focus is now on regularly updated stories and press releases.

The site is maintained by a non-technical staff; design and training addressed this.
